#Madoff Drinking It Up?!

The fact that some schmuck paid $550k for a ring that only cost me $125k proves that I've got the Midas Touch. Forget about the idiot that paid $1700 for my shorts! Ha!

Anyway--I didn't want to wait until our next conjugal to tell you to call JP's people. We're going to use the kids' energy company to start buying up water rights. First, I want that investment account to buy 1m PICO and 2m PHO. Then we're going to buy the properties..We'll start with properties in Montana, Wyoming, Texas and Nevada. Then we'll pick up a few storage facilities.

Pickens wasn't wrong, he was just early.Rainwater too. Right trade, wrong time. If for no better reason, we're scratch golfers playing with a 10 yr handicap. A year from now, maybe 2, we'll have made 100% on what we're going to pay now. Then, we're going to take Mark's copy of the trading software and open a water rights exchange. By the time we launch,  the interest in trading the cash and the futures market is going to be 10x what it is today.. In the next 5 years, the market is going to be 30x bigger.

And, we're going to be the primary electronic exchange for it. .
Trust me. Make the call.
