Two more additions to our project management team

By Jim Hassett

ADVERTISEMENTS

A few months ago, I wrote about the addition of Mike Egnatchik and Kirk Forrest to our team to meet the rapidly growing need for our proprietary ?just in time, just enough? project management training programs.  Since then, law firms? interest has continued to accelerate, and we are now adding two more people:

Fleming,Linda-2R-COL Linda Fleming has worked in the legal profession since 1992, both as a practicing attorney and as a legal marketing and business development professional. She has served as the Director of Business Development for Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, as Chief Marketing Officer at Shaw Pittman (now Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman) and at Haight, Brown and Bonesteel, and as a consultant to the executive leadership at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan.  Linda received her JD degree from Seattle University School of Law, and has also worked as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Idaho Contracts and Administration Law Division, handling matters for the Idaho State Insurance Fund, and as a litigation associate at Dann & Meacham. As a lead instructor for the WJF Institute, Linda has also trained more than 1,500 attorneys in large and mid-size law firms throughout the United States and Canada on how to develop more profitable relationships with current clients, and with new ones.

Lorch Stephen Lorch has been an independent management consultant for over 30 years to law firms, industry, government/military, non-profits, museums and universities.  He has provided project management and executive coaching on reorganization and change management to CEOs, university presidents, directors of research institutes and the heads of government agencies.  His clients included the Presidents of Georgetown, the University of Chicago Hospitals, and the Center for Naval Analyses, and Deans at the Medical Schools of Harvard, Brown, and NYU.  Stephen was a lecturer at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 1995, and at Harvard University from 1975 to 2007.  He has taught courses on management strategy, organizational development, and executive coaching, and received his Bachelor?s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
