DON'T ASK DON'T TELL INJUNCTION (LOG CABIN REPUBLICANS V. US)

Findlaw
(U.S. Dist. Ct., Cent. Dist. CA) - A federal judge in California has found that the military policy that excludes homosexuals from military service, Don't Ask Don't Tell, violates the First and Fifth Amendments to the United States Constitution. The judge issued a permanent injunction barring the military from continuing to enforce the policy.
