Good job re: the arguments that you made in court yesterday. Unfortunately, Burt Lifland seems too easily influenced by the ridiculous remarks made by Picard's lacky.

Shana has suggested that Andy should come to court for the next scheduled appearance, and perhaps crawl up into the fetal position and start to cry. I don't know whether Lifland will be swayed by the display of Andy's emotion,  but I would be concerned that Picard's people might then point to Andy's history of bitch-slapping, and otherwise crush the strategy.

Keep the ball in play. I'm down to my last $3 mil in cash, regardless of what Picard's people want to allege. Between the two houses and the private schools, my burn rate is north of $40k/mo. Sure, I don't have worry about f*king Citi foreclosing on any mortgages, only because I paid cash for the properties. But, the upkeep and taxes is a big drain right now.

As you know, "Ruth" aka Mom has a court date scheduled for next week; Picard's people are still going after her for the $40 million that she got over the years. Personally, I don't understand why Picard refuses to go after JPMorgan when considering they sneaked $250 million out of the firm three months before Dad turned himself in.  

Did you notice the latest ruling from the Judge overseeing the case against BNY's Ivy Asset?
