: Lowering the BarJudge Hands Out Condoms Hidden in Acorns
By Kevin Underhill
Today's inexplicable-misconduct story involves a Pennsylvania judge who has been charged with disorderly conduct for hiding condoms inside acorns and handing them out to unsuspecting women on the grounds of the state capitol.
Confronted by capitol police, the judge admitted to the nut-jobbery, which he said was meant as a joke. The women who complained do not seem to have been amused.
In one of those details that confirms the existence of a Supreme Being, the judge's seat is in Intercourse, Pennsylvania.
