First Semester, Yearbook, I Am Legend, and Monday

It feels strange being at the apartment for so long. I have studied at the law school so much that I almost forgot what it was like to be bored at the apartment. But alas; Evidence is done, so is the first semester. I got one semester left, and while I want to say that I am excited, I think, like April 2007, I am just a bit exhausted and beat to truly appreciate and realize it just yet.

Last night?s yearbook fundraiser went well. A lot of people showed up from law school, as well as a few friends from undergrad and even a couple of med students too. But now I know that starting up an early shift at a bar/nightclub at 8:00 p.m. is way to early; people did not start coming till almost 9:45 p.m. I was so bored that I even downloaded Texas Hold ?Em on my cell phone to pass the time.

Later tonight, DTC and I are checking out I Am Legend. I will now see if my story is too similar to it. If it really is, then I am sort of thinking of scrapping my project, or at least, giving it a major changeover. But then again; there have been stories about the last people on earth and zombies for decades, so maybe I might be able to get away with what I got.

I head home Monday. I still want to have lunch with a lawyer friend of mine before I leave, as well as socialize with some friends before I leave for the reserve.
