A 52-year-old man has been sentenced to life in prison in Texas after receiving his ninth DUI.
On July 3rd police say Bobby Stovall crossed several lanes of heavy traffic and was struck by a car, injuring a woman.
Police dash cam video shows Stovall trying to walk a straight line, stumbling in the process.
He had a blood alcohol level four times the legal limit.
