Is Indiana Bankruptcy Lawyer a Copy Cat? You Be The Judge

By John Darer

ADVERTISEMENTS

I wonder if B. Scott Skillman appreciates the irony of the cat picture on his Bankruptcy Law Blog. Because apparently he's a virtual copycat! The bankruptcy lawyer from Terre Haute Indiana's piece" Why Do I need to know tax law?" is a virtual "monkey see monkey do" of Erica Dunmyer's piece that was published on Law.com over the weekend.  The very same Erica Dunmyer piece that I critiqued yesterday. All B. Scott  "B. doin" is changing a couple of words and stuff.

Doesn't even cite the source. I think he's taking "fair use" too far, how about you?
