Sweetheart, I know that its hot up there, but stop shvitzing about Nan and the Key Stone Kops coming after her..

You have to understand that it took them 18 months to figure out that she had a place in Manhasset and a place in Boca, even though the muckrackers pointed that out months and months ago. It took them six months just to figure out that she had that damn Bentley driven up to Manhasset!

Sure, its helpful that Bill Zabel's kid is the head honcho at the US Attorney's office, and that explains why the wheels of justice are moving pretty slow for everyone, not just Picower's people.  But, as far as your beach house is concerned, or that other place you bought with your girlfriend, you shouldn't worry at all. Hey, the feds love you for supplying all of those donuts from your bakery, so you've got nothing to worry about them looking for any of your money market accounts. Did you do like I said, and transfer them out of Ivy Asset and over to JPMorgan?

Listen, at the rate they're going, it'll take another year or so for them focus on what you own, or might have moved, and since it only takes about two weeks to get yourself a passport with a phony name, do the math; you've got plenty of options, and you should certainly enjoy the rest of the summer baking in the Jersey sun....just make sure to put on sun-screen!

Are you reading this bull-s**t?? First those f**king feds tow my cars out of my driveway, and now they want to tow my house away?? Its bad enough that poor Rudy has to drive a pre-owned Beemer, but now we  have to give up the place in Manhasset and move to a townhouse in Roslyn?? And, where does anybody think we're supposed to stay during the winter? In f**king Tampa??

What? Just because you made a deal to keep them from sending me to that place Martha Stewart was sent to, this is supposed to make me happy?? Listen, you guys are great lawyers, but this is ridiculous. All those fat asses that made billions from Bernie are still living the life Lolita, and I'm the one to suffer? This doesn't make any sense!

Call me. Better yet, send one of your associates over here to help me pack. Rudy's got those people from the union looking through our windows with telescopes; for some stupid f**king reason they think his disability claim was a scam! Can you imagine??
