FERC Initiates NEPA Pre-Filing Process for Sabine Pass LNG Liquefaction Project

Yesterday FERC agreed to initiate the agency's National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) pre-filing review of Sabine Pass LNG's application to install liquefaction facilities at its existing regasification terminal. FERC's letter is available in the eLibrary under Docket No. PF10-24.
