Dear Irv:

I'd have thought that by now you would realize that the only cash that I have available can barely fill a couple of grocery bags. Why you're grasping at straws by suing me is, as my Dad would say, "a real mind boggler."

I can only guess that you billed out at least $25k for preparing this latest suit, one that is a complete waste of SIPC money when considering that Mark actually made off (no pun intended) with $10 million more than I did!

A half-wit would ask why SIPC isn't underwriting a law suit that you should be filing against JPMorgan for withdrawing $250 million a few months before the sh*t hit the fan, but then again, JPMorgan is one of the biggest SIPC members, so I guess suing them might create a conflict. What a darn shame!

I can't speak for Mark or Shana, or Uncle Pete--but after reading the NY Times today, it seems like its pretty easy for someone to get a US passport using a fake name. If 3 out of 7 phony applications resulted in a fresh new legitimate passport, don't be surprised if my genius brother doesn't swap his house in Nantucket for a villa in Costa Rica!
