ADVERTISEMENTS

Established under the French law of 1901, the Institute for European Public Law is an initiative of a European general interest. Its purpose is to host a single interface on the production of ideas touching upon public law in Europe. Our website will host an online journal. Entirely animated by students and young jurists on the model of American law reviews, the journal aims to:

  • Invigorate and diffuse reflections on public law associating multiple actors and from various Member States. The Institute focuses on general administrative and public economic law
  • Facilitate and increase the understanding of the multiple public laws of the European Union, follow their trends and compare them. The Institute is involved in the emergence of a European legal culture.
  • Bridge universities and businesses, students and their future employers, citizens and their law. One of its missions is to democratize the access to public law.
