There's a nice article in the Ireland Times about Bankruptcy in Ireland.

Sounds to me as though the 2005 Amendments have nothing on those Shamrock-heads!

Putting it another way, if you have to file a bankruptcy, better that you file your bankruptcy in, say, Phoenix. As opposed to Dublin.
