: Out of the JungleFederal District Court Judge Rules Federal DOMA Unconstitutional
The New York Times has an Associated Press story this afternoon, datelined 5 PM, that the federal district judge in Boston ruled the federal Defense of Marriage Act is unconstitutional for infringing the right of Massachusetts to define who may marry.
