Since Dad has refused to tell me where the stash really is, and what with my cash flow being tight right now, I've decided to sell the place up in Nantucket.

Steph has agreed to tone down the lifestyle a bit, so we're figuring that $7 mil after the broker commission should be enough for us to live off. In a worst case, Jamie Dimon's people told me they'd pay 6.7, and they've already greased the wheels with the zoning board to allow a helicopter pad in the back.

In the unlikely event that you manage to spend what was socked away, we decided to put $10,000 from the sale proceeds into a trust account that you can use when you to move into a nursing home.

Also; we're having an open-house barbecue this weekend to show the place, so if you want to come by and pick up those Baccarat vases, that'll be fine.
