"Honest services" theories of fraud are trimmed back

Lots of coverage at the Conglomerate, White Collar Crime Prof Blog, and elsewhere, about the US Supreme Court's cases trimming back the "honest services" theory of fraud.  Over the years, the theory was sometimes the focus of claims that prosecutors were over-reaching.
