: Caveat EmptorSpotting FDCPA Violations: A Primer for Bankruptcy Lawyers
By Sam Glover
Debt collectors seem to be playing faster and looser with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the bankruptcy stay these days, and getting away with it more often than not. I am offering a free seminar for bankruptcy lawyers to help them identify FDCPA and bankruptcy stay violations, and get clients the help they need when violations occur.
The seminar is free, but space is limited. Attendance is for members of the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA) and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Lawyers (NACBA) only. For more information, see the flyer: Spotting FDCPA Violations: A Primer for Bankruptcy Lawyers (PDF)
Hope to see you there!
