PROMOTIONS TO PARTNERSHIP

Levene, Neale, Bender, Rankin & Brill: Four associates have been promoted to partnership at the firm. Todd Arnold focuses his practice on bankruptcy litigation, representing corporations and high net-worth individuals in Chapter 11 cases. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Michelle Grimberg focuses her practice on complex business litigation arising before and during the bankruptcy reorganization process. She received her J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law. Juliet Oh focuses her practice on representing Chapter 11 debtors in possession and creditor committees. She received her J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law. Jacqueline Rodriguez focuses her practice on corporate and individual insolvency and business and bankruptcy litigation. She received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.

NEW ASSOCIATES

Levene, Neale, Bender, Rankin & Brill: John-Patrick Fritz joins the firm as an associate and will focus on bankruptcy, insolvency and business reorganization matters. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to Judge Maureen Tighe of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. Fritz received his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law.
