By John Day
The June 2010 edition of the Tennessee Trial Law Report - Tort Law Edition will be emailed to our subscribers on June 2nd. The newsletter addresses recent developments in tort, evidence, civil procedure and trial law in Tennessee.
The newsletter has been published for 19 months and has been distributed in print via snail mail. Effective this month, we have begun to publish the newsletter electronically and deliver it in PDF format via email. The new format permits us to link the reader to the opinion in each case reviewed in the newsletter.
The change in the format of the newsletter has permitted us to drop the price by $200 per year - the new price is only $149. Extra copies emailed to members of the same firm are only $49 per member.
Let me know if you would like to subscribe or add other members of your firm to your current subscription.
