A concussion can change your life forever

In the words of Preston Plevretes, I could have stayed out for the rest of the season, but now I must stay our for the rest of my life.

Last evening on E:60, ESPN aired the story of Preston Plevretes, a collegiate football player who suffered the devastating and tragic consequences of the second impact syndrome because his prior concussions were ignored by his college football team.

The production is a powerful documentary on the dangers of ignoring a concussion and allowing an athlete to return to play prematurely.
