My new favourite podcast: The Sporkful

ADVERTISEMENTS

Logontag If you follow me on Twitter, you no doubt know that I listen to a lot of podcasts.  This week I listened for the first time to "The Sporkful", which is currently a guest podcast for Slate, and I fell in love with it.  It is a podcast all about food, and having now listened to several episodes, I can say that it is always entertaining and interesting.

The Sporkful is the creation of Dan Pashman and Mark Garrison, and it is described on The Sporkful's website:

The Sporkful is a podcast and blog about food, but not so much about cooking or recipes or restaurants. We discuss, debate, and obsess over the most ridiculous food-related minutiae, always seeking new and better ways to eat. Hosted by Dan Pashman and Mark Garrison, former co-workers at NPR, The Sporkful is where sacred cows get grilled.

To get a taste for the podcast, listen to the most recent episode on burger toppings here.  I highly recommend it.
