: Inter AliaBlawg of the Day - Cyberlaw Cases
ADVERTISEMENTS
I'm always a fan of blogs on the intersection of technology and the law, and today's is a good example of that. Cyberlaw Cases provides information on "the top pending cyberlaw cases." It's a group effort from both professors and lawyers alike, including Brian Carver (professor, U.C.-Berkeley), Joe Gratz (lawyer, Durie, Tangri), Aaron Perzanowski (professor, Wayne State), and Jason Schultz (professor, U.C.-Berkeley). In addition to cyberlaw cases, they'll also discuss copyright, trademark, and patent cases that have a significant connection to networked environments or computer software.
Make sure you check out the "Top 10 Pending Cases" page, which provides links to case information, as well as a brief synopsis of the status of each case.Full post as published by Inter Alia on April 30, 2010 (boomark / email).
