: Legal Pad | LASalter nominated to Superior Court bench in OC

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger announced yesterday that Glenn R. Salter has been appointed to a judgeship on the Orange County Superior Court bench. He is presently the managing appellate attorney for the 4th District Court of Appeal in Santa Ana, a post he has held since 1999.
He fills the vacancy created by the conversion of a court commissioner position to a judgeship.
