: Philip Brooks’ Patent Infringement UpdatesCourt Denies Neutral Tandem's Preliminary Injunction Request
By Philip Brooks
The following is excerpted from a March 31, 2010 Peerless Network Business Wire press release published at The Wall Street Journal's Market Watch:
The US Federal Court in Chicago, Illinois has unconditionally denied Neutral Tandem's request for a preliminary injunction on March 30, 2010 stating that Peerless raised substantial questions about the validity of the patent in the Neutral Tandem vs. Peerless Network Patent litigation case.
"Peerless is pleased with the Court's decision to unconditionally deny the request for preliminary injunction," said John Barnicle, CEO and president of Peerless Network. "This allows us to continue offering superior service unabated to our valued customers and prospects. Once the full order is released to the public, we will provide additional comment."
