OH10: Flight from a house where a 911 call was made was RS for a stop

“In light of the nature of the 911 call to which the officers were responding, appellant's flight from the house, and most importantly, the observance of drugs in appellant’s jacket pocket, Genter had reasonable suspicion to believe appellant might be armed.” The frisk was reasonable.
