Candidates must have a degree in computer science or computer engineering and desirably have an advanced degree and/or industry experience. Candidates should have superior academic credentials and 2+ years of experience in drafting computer-related patent applications, opinions, and/or reexamination requests. Candidates must also be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and have a commitment to living in beautiful Portland, Oregon.
