Eskimos Have 37 Words for "Snow"; Bankruptcy Lawyers have 87 Words for "Debt"

I understand that some groups have more color words for the "green" portion of the spectrum than others. And famously, sociologists tell us that Eskimos have a lot more different words for snow than folks living in, say, Phoenix, Arizona, which is in a desert. Our only word for snow here is "none"!

So it is with Arizona bankruptcy lawyers. At best, we can't talk about debt without discussing secured debt, unsecured debt, partially secured debt, debt that is cross-collateralized, priority debt, debt that can't be discharged, debt that is is presumptively not discharged, and debt that gives rise to criminal implications. And that barely scratches the surface.

When we are surrounded by frequently occurring items in our environment, we make fine distinctions.

And bankruptcy lawyers in Phoenix, Arizona are surrounded by much debt of many flavors during this depression.
