A group of lawyers in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu is seeking government action against a legal process outsourcing firm and 31 foreign law firms--including Allen & Overy, Clifford Chance, and Shearman & Stearling--for illegally practicing law "out of five star hotels and business centers."
