Deal Near on Closing Gitmo, Trying Detainees?

By Peter Hardin

ADVERTISEMENTS

A national security deal between the White House and a bipartisan group of senators is getting closer. The deal would close the Guantanamo Bay military prison and try more terror suspects before military tribunals, according to a Wall Street Journal article.
