: Legally Blonde AmbitionAtonement i.e. Paying For Depression
By "Daisy Duke"
Let me rephrase that. I asked BISMOW if he wanted to go to a movie and when he said yes I told him that Atonement had been nominated for a lot of awards and was set during WWII. In my defense, this was really all I knew about it.
Without spoiling the plot let me just tell you:
Worst. Movie. Ever.
Soul. Sucking.
Depression.
Dark. Dark. World.
Ahhhhh.
Seriously people. Don't bother. For an hour and something odd minutes you think it is fairly depressing. Then there is the last 10 minutes. And then you consider throwing yourself down an escalator. Or off a building. Or something equally tall and bumpy on the way down. But seriously. Instead of throwing yourself off of something, don't bother throwing your money away on the horror that is Atonement. After watching it I had to go watch a romantic comedy just to try and smile. It didn't really work.
Sheesh. I'm depressed just thinking about it.
