Federal Parliament will resume on 2 February 2010.
Whether Parliament finishes its current Bills Schedule depends on when the next election will be held.
ABC Election analyst Antony Green says the available dates point to the election being held between mid-July and mid-September 2010. His detailed analysis (here) reviews every Saturday between May and November against criteria such as school holidays, long weekends and sporting events.
