A Green Bay man has filed suit against three city police officers for allegedly violating his Fourth Amendment rights when they beat and tased him outside a Green Bay nightclub in September 2006. According to the lawsuit, three officers grabbed Christopher Santos as he was walking home from Confetti’s nightclub, beat and tased him and handcuffed him for resisting arrest. Santos is seeking compensatory damages for his injuries and punishments to deter officers from ?future unconstitutional conduct.?
