The 7th Annual Great Escape Luncheon and Silent Auction - Friday Dec. 4, 2009

Friday afternoon is a great opportunity to support your local county law library downtown, rub elbows with some of your friends, lawyers and judges, and meet the staff.  

The silent auction is fantastic, and the special drawing is a great escape at home.  I love silent auctions, and if I bid  then ALL MUST PROMISE TO MAINTAIN IT IN THE STRICTEST CONFIDENCE because my wife Diane will give me the "look".

So, PLEASE COME BY, get a special drawing ticket, and say hi.

The 7th Annual Great Escape

Luncheon and Silent Auction

On Friday, December 4th JCPLL will be providing lunch from 12:00 -2:00pm for its patrons who R.S.V.P. by Dec. 1st.  A special drawing will also take place on the day of the luncheon for a special Live it Up in Louisville gift package.



Silent Auction items will be on display in the days prior to the auction and can also be seen on the library?s website at www.jcpll.com by clicking on the Community tab.  Bidding ends at 3:00pm on Dec. 4th and auction winners will be notified by the end of the business day. 

 

This year all donations collected will be given to The American Cancer Society and Susan G. Komen for the Cure in memory of members of the legal community, Christie Floyd and Lisa Clay, as well as the many others who have lost their lives to cancer.  We are currently collecting a five dollar cash donation in exchange for a ticket to the luncheon.
