Inconvenient Fact: The Earth's Temperature DROPPED ?Precipitously? in the Last 12 Months

All four major global temperature tracking outlets (Hadley, NASA's GISS, UAH, RSS) have released updated data. All show that over the past year, global temperatures have dropped precipitously. A compiled list of all the sources can be seen here. The total amount of cooling ranges from 0.65C up to 0.75C -- a value large enough to wipe out most of the warming recorded over the past 100 years. All in one year's time.

Assuming that this is true, what do Al Gore acolytes do with this? I'm sure that they will try to couch the argument, as they have been trying to do, from global warming to climate change. This allows them to point their finger at any temperature and weather fluctuation and say it's related to CO2 emissions therefore ?something must be done.? Unfortunately, the only something they can come up with is a drastic tax increases and severe alterations of our basic economic system.

Look, drive your Prius' and change your light bulbs. Do it because you are against pollution and you want to save money. But don't tell me that it is a moral imperative. Don't tell me that if I buy a large truck that I single handedly will cause the destruction of the human race. Don't tell me that if I deny global warming that I should be shot as a traitor, as Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently said. In fact, it appears that we may need to start emitting more CO2 if we want to keep our temperature ?normal?, whatever that means.

Snow cover over North America and much of Siberia, Mongolia and China is greater than at any time since 1966.
