Why is a nice girl like you going to become a lawyer?

Ok, so they don't come right out and say it. But that's the reaction I get from a lot of strangers (including potential dating interests) when I tell them I'm going to law school.

How do you guys deal with that reaction?

At least it helps weed out who I do and do not want to hang out with.
