On his Law School Reports Blog, Brian Leiter ranks, or perhaps more accurately lets readers rank, the top 10 law school faculties for Constitutional Law & Theory. He uses condorcet internet voting to discern who has the top faculties in this area of the law. A similar method is currently being employed to create a top list of law faculties in Law & Economics here. But for now, below are the top 5 law faculties in Constitutional Law & Theory (you'll have to go to his link to get the rest):
