Tom Miguell, writes inter alia where he tracks blogs. He recommends this new one. It looks good to me. The OpenCongress Wiki describes itself as “an editable guide to Congress for the people, by the people.” This site contains multiple components of interest to Congress watchers and leglislative history enthusiasts.
The first is a “How Congress Works” section, with information on committees, earmarks, ethics, and how a bill becomes a law, among other things. There’s also a 2010 Election RaceTracker, which is tracking every election for Senate or House seats. The site also includes other extras including Blogs about Congress and bills tracking. Feel free to review this site and add input. that how Opwen Source works!
