ADVERTISEMENTS
from a news post about the recent resignation of Van Jones:

[Howard] Dean pointed to Jones' credentials as a Yale Law School graduate ... Though Jones signed a 2004 statement calling for an investigation into possible Bush administration involvement in the Sept. 11 attacks, Dean said Jones didn't realize what he was signing at the time.

If you were wondering, Jones graduated from Yale Law in 1993, the same year Jon Dudas, former USPTO Director, graduated from the University of Chicago Law School.

The resignation of Van Jones was transmitted by email:

The resignation, disclosed without advance notice by the White House in an e-mail minutes into Sunday [6 Sept 09] on a holiday weekend, came as Obama is working to regain his footing in the contentious health care debate.
