Tarrant County New Car Sales Off

July was another down month for new car sales even in North Texas which has had a strong resilience to the current economic recession. ?Denton County dealers had the best performance, with sales down only 17.3 percent. Sales were down 35.5 percent in Tarrant County, 33 percent in Collin County and 40.6 percent in Dallas County. For the first seven months, Metroplex sales are down 36 percent from 2008.
