The families of two people killed by a drunken driver last month in New York plan to file a lawsuit against the relatives of the deceased driver. Attorneys for the families of the victims said they believe Diane Schuler's relatives knew she was intoxicated before she crashed her minivan while traveling the wrong way on the Taconic State Parkway. Schuler and seven others died in the July 26 crash.
