In The Middle.

Right now is when the semester really starts to pick up steam. Our classes are all at full throttle and all the extra activities are starting to show up. So far it’s been a great semester, grades went well (not fantastic, but well), the arguments competition went very well, and our current classes are going smoothly.

This week is the application deadline for most of the summer positions that allow 1Ls. I’ve narrowed things down to a few agencies that work with children. I’m planning on taking a close to a full load as I can this summer, and then volunteer part time with some child advocacy agency or another.

Of course, I’m still holding out hope that the Supreme Court will call and offer me a job….
