After nearly 6 years, the two children of a man who was killed in an airplane accident were awarded $4.5 million for the wrongful death of their father. The man was flying in a plane off the coast of Florida with three other people who also died.

During the flight, which occurred in November 2004, the airplane passengers were on their way to Mosquito Lagoon, an island off the coast of Florida.
