KingCast marvels as Kelly Ayotte sued again for Civil Rights/Procedureal violations.

Here's an interesting case in the Union Leader:
In a civil rights complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Concord on Friday, Guay claims city and state officials maliciously targeted and conspired against him when they obtained search warrants in March and used heavy equipment to excavate two of his Concord parcels. He says they destroyed his 30 Villanova Drive and 180 Clinton St. properties while looking for alleged illegal disposal of asbestos, lead paint, solid and hazardous waste, septic disposal and oil discharge.

The three days of digging ended in late March without producing a "shred of evidence" that pollution occurred, Guay said yesterday. And officials left behind a "total mess" of exposed dirt at 30 Villanova Drive that, after several days of steady rain, ran off into Penacook Lake, which is Concord's water supply, the suit alleges.

And we also established Kelly Ayotte's ongoing/legacy in general and her deviations from protocol in specific, when it comes to the Franconia shooting tragedy "investigation."

With Kelly, its not that she is sued. Every AG gets sued, duh. But it is the tenor of the lawsuits against her and her stupid actions (most notably the Planned Parenthood and same sex marriage snafus) the really identify her as a feckless right wing zealot.

This weekend I will return to Dave Coltin's case against Kelly.
