Southern LNG Seeks Extension of Time for Phase B of Elba Island Terminal Expansion

Southern LNG, Inc. and Elba Express Pipeline Company, LLC filed a request for extension of time to place Phase B of their expansion of the existing Elba Island LNG terminal into service. Southern LNG and Elba Express are seeking an extension to December 31, 2015, due to the "delayed [ ] development of a number of LNG production projects." The request is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP06-471.
