By Richard D. Friedman
ADVERTISEMENTS

The petition sought review of the decision of the Supreme Court of Virginia in Magruder v. Commonwealth, 275 Va. 283, 657 S.E.2d 113 (2008). You can read the petition by clicking here, the Commonwealth's brief in opposition by clicking here, and my reply brief in support of the petition by clicking here.I had said that I would comment on the dissent in Melendez-Diaz.
