New Seat Belt Law Goes Into Effect June 30 (KTHV Little Rock)

Starting in July, a number of new laws go into effect here in the Arkansas. Among them will be a decrease in grocery sales taxes, but the one that has most Arkansans talking is the new seatbelt law.
