Howrey's New Model: A Two-Year Associate Apprenticeship

In a move that reminds us a lot of one announced by Drinker Biddle last month, Howrey plans to place all incoming associates in a two-year apprenticeship program rather than tossing them straight into the world of expensive billable hours.
