: Marler BlogFirst Lawsuit to be Filed in Nestle's Toll House Cookie Dough E. coli O157:H7 Outbreak
By Bill Marler, Esq.

I am now in Atlanta for the National Environmental Health Association Convention. Tomorrow too we are also launching both a lawsuit and an investigation in how nearly 70 of our fellow citizens were sickened by E. coli O157:H7-contaminated cookie dough.
