: Structured Settlements 4RealState Insurance Department Phone Numbers and Links
By John Darer
4structures.com, LLC has posted a useful web page which contains the phone numbers and links to every state insurance department in the United States.
Each state insurance department has a website which contains information useful to consumers, including tort victims and their families and other structured settlement stakeholders, including agents/brokers, insurers, lawyers and judges.
The 4structures.com, LLC web page is an incredible time saver because the insurance department phone numbers and links are all on one page!
Look up the individual who is soliciting you to see if they are licensed in your state.
There are also a number of questions concerning insurance product protections that agents/brokers would like to help you with but the agents/brokers may not be permitted to answer under different state insurance laws. Those who have such questions are encouraged to direct their questions to the relevant insurance department in their state.
The 4structures.com, LLC website also contains a useful list of the customer service phone numbers of structured settlement annuity issuers. The list includes both current and former structured settlement annuity issuers. Thus if should you have a structure that was set up many years ago, you can stop pulling your hair out looking for contact information!
