Here Goes Nothing

ADVERTISEMENTS
After a fabulous day off in which I slept in, cleaned my apartment that was starting to look more and more like a frat house on a daily basis, and watched 3 glorious hours of great TV (yes the Bachelorette qualifies as great TV), I decided I should start this whole bar prep thing that people keep twittering/talking/blogging about.

I signed up for KaplanPMBR for the MBE review. I'm not really sure I needed it, I was basically scared into it. When we signed up for PMBR at Useless Law it was basically advertised that the classes would be held at Useless Law just like the Bar/Bri classes that start next week will be. Big surprise came last week when PMBR finally decided to send out the schedule and notify us that we would have to trek downtown to some random hotel to take the 6 day foundation course. After finding out that the foundation course is just a timed test in the morning and watching a video reviewing the timed test in the afternoon I called PMBR and made them switch me to the online course so that I don't have to trek downtown just to watch a video that I can get online.

The PMBR course started yesterday, but since I have the freedom of doing the course when I want I took yesterday off and am not about 2 hours late getting started today. The bar totally freaks me out, and I only want to do this once, but I'm finding it really hard to get started. I'm almost ready to offer to do the law review write on that 1L sitting at the table next to me in lawbrary is doing if he'll agree to do my bar prep- sounds reasonable right? :)
